I’ll give them this, my order showed up faster than I thought it would, and the packaging was totally fine. But wow, the tracking updates were kind of useless. I kept checking it and it barely changed, then suddenly the package was basically here. Not the worst experience, just frustrating when you’re trying to know where your stuff is.

I had a small problem with tracking my order, so I reached out to customer service. They got back to me the next day and explained what was happening, which I appreciated. The package did arrive later than I was hoping, and I do wish they had responded a bit sooner, but they were polite and kept me in the loop. Overall, not perfect, but still a decent experience

I used the oil and skin cream for a few weeks, and I’m just going to calmly say it did not work out for me. My face ended up with more bumps than before, and my hair felt really dry after using the oil. Maybe it works for other people, but for me it was disappointing and I definitely won’t be buying it again

I sent my order back and did get my refund, so I guess it worked out. It just took longer than I thought it would, which was a little annoying. Support did reply when I reached out, but not super quickly. So overall it was okay, but also slower than it should’ve been, at least in my head

I grabbed a few oils and herbal powders from Hemani Herbals, i’m happy with them. The ingredients seem clean, and the smell is nice in that natural way, not super strong or weirdly artificial, which I always notice right away. The packaging was fine, nothing fancy or anything, but it did the job. One of the powders had a little bit on the lid when I opened it, which was slightly annoying, but not a huge deal. For the price, the quality feels good. I do wish the labels had clearer details though, because I like knowing exactly what I’m using, but overall I’d probably order again

The site is fine overall, but the product selection literally felt limited. I couldn’t find a few things I usually buy, so I ended up leaving a little disappointed.

I really wanted to give this a fair shot, but i was in a decent mood when I tried it and the taste still kind of ruined the moment. It was way too strong for me and had this bitter edge I couldn’t get past. The smell hit me right away too, like old herbs mixed with something sharp, and it just made me not want to keep using it. I only managed to try it once, maybe twice, before deciding it wasn’t for me. I’m sure some people might not mind that kind of aroma, but it felt unpleasant to me and I wouldn’t buy it again.

As someone who’s usually skeptical about stuff like this, I was surprised. It worked really well for me and I’m glad I gave it a try...

I had a hard time using the site. It took me maybe 10 or 15 minutes just to find the stuff I was looking for, and I felt like I was clicking around way more than I should have. It’s not awful, but it could definitely be easier to navigate.

I expected a lot more for what I paid. From the description, it seemed like it would be better quality or offer more than it actually did, so I ended up feeling misled. It’s not terrible, but for me it just wasn’t worth the money

With health or herbal products, I feel like a site should be extra clear about who they are, what they’re selling, and why customers should feel safe buying from them. Maybe they’re legitimate, but the lack of solid transparency made me wonder why there wasn’t more information available, so I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering from there.

I’ve been taking this for a bit and I do feel better overall. Not like a huge overnight change, but more like... compared to before, I guess. Only downside was the delivery took longer than I expected.
